Th' Gatherin'

There are festivals all o’r th’ land, but there is nothing quite like Th’ Gatherin’. Long years ago at Th’ Festival O’Beltane, when th’ clans and tribes gathered, their strongest and bravest warriors would compete in games of strength and endurance. In keeping with that grand custom, teams of lads and lasses will compete in th’ Highland Games. You must experience it for yerself. Step through th’ mist o’ time. . .


Th’ Gatherin’, or the Ancient Festival O’ Beltane, is an annual event held the first Saturday of May. It’s a Gatherin’ O’ Th’ Clans held at the Trego County Fairgrounds in WaKeeney.
